Privacy Policy

You can read every page on this website without giving us any personal details. We only receive information you choose to send:

• Prayer requests (Request Prayer): your prayer request, and if you choose, your name, email address and phone number. You can send a request anonymously, in which case we store no name or contact details.
• Email updates: if you subscribe, your email address.

We also keep simple counts of how often each Outreach message is viewed and read. These counts are not linked to you. To avoid counting the same visit twice, your browser remembers which messages you opened during the current visit; this is cleared when you close the tab.

• Prayer requests: so our prayer team can pray for you, and contact you only if you asked us to.
• Email address for updates: to send you church news and messages. Nothing else.
• Message counts: to understand which messages are helpful.

Prayer requests and subscriber emails are stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Only a small number of church administrators can sign in to read them. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside the church, and we never publish prayer requests.

The website is hosted by Vercel, which also gives us anonymous visitor statistics (such as page views and device type) without using cookies to identify you.

Sermons and live worship are shown using YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and our location page shows a Google map. When you play a video or view the map, those services receive your request under their own privacy policies.

We keep prayer requests only for as long as our prayer team needs them, and subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything you have sent us, or to remove you from our email list. Email reachus@churchatbethel.com.sg and we will reply within two working days.

We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
